Does closing the US borders to West Africa seem too discriminatory?

As the ebola virus continues to reach across West African borders to the US and to other country lines, the fear still remains that air travel is the greatest risk for all citizens. Could the CDC be a bit too relaxed in this department? What are your thoughts?
